Does Ohio Recognize A PostNuptial Agreement?

Unlike some states, Ohio does not allow for postnuptial agreements, which are agreements made after a couple is married. However, in some cases, Ohio can enforce the provisions of a postnuptial agreement that was validly entered into in a different state that does recognize such agreements.
